What To Expect
If you haven’t already completed your paperwork, we’ll give you these forms to fill out when you arrive. Then, you’ll meet with your chiropractor to discuss your concerns and determine the type of examination you need. We’ll verify your insurance benefits in-house to ensure you have a clear understanding of your coverage before beginning care.
We offer advanced diagnostic tools, including heart rate variability scans and X-rays when necessary. These tools help us understand the root cause of your issues and allow us to track objective improvements in your health. Your chiropractor will take all the time necessary to fully analyze your case in order to prepare a plan of action to present to you. This visit takes about 30-40 minutes.
When you decide to begin care, we’ll walk you through some warm-up exercises like the Wobble Chair and cervical traction. You’ll receive achiropractic adjustmentand go home with literature from your personalized report of findings. You can plan on being here for about 30-40 minutes for this second visit.
In addition to the visit frequency recommended by our doctors, you’ll also receive regular re-evaluations to ensure that your body is making progress, and if needed, make changes to your care plan. Your subsequent visits usually take about 15-20 minutes. We offer flexible scheduling with extended hours and Saturday appointments to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Your New Normal
Some people have heard that if you start chiropractic care, you’ll be required to continue for the rest of your life. At Foundation Family Chiropractic, we focus on neurology-based care and structural correction. Our goal is to help your body learn new, healthy patterns. Once these patterns are in place, you’ll realize how much better you feel, and you’ll know instantly when something is out of alignment.
When you discover this state of optimal health, you’ll understand the benefits of maintaining it. As long as you want to stay as healthy as possible, regular maintenance chiropractic adjustments can help you achieve that by preventing issues from occurring. Our team, including chiropractors with specialized certifications like CACCP and Webster, is here to support your long-term health goals.
